Purchasing PassCME access

Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

The important point

PassCME provides immediate online access to digital cases, scripts, interactive marking tools, Case Insights and downloadable feedback reports. At checkout, you must actively confirm that you want this digital content supplied immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, your statutory right to cancel the digital-content element of your purchase will end.

Your usual 14-day cancellation period

If you purchase online as a consumer, you would usually have 14 days after entering into the contract to change your mind. You do not need to give a reason. This right is subject to the rules for digital content supplied during that cancellation period.

Immediate digital access

PassCME access is designed to begin as soon as payment is confirmed. Because the member area makes protected digital learning materials and downloadable feedback available straight away, you will be asked at checkout to:

  • expressly request that supply begins before the 14-day period has ended; and
  • acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel the digital content will be lost once supply begins.

The checkbox is not pre-selected. You cannot proceed to payment without making this request and acknowledgement. Once payment is confirmed and access is supplied, the digital content cannot be returned and the 14-day change-of-mind right for that content no longer applies.

If supply has not begun

If payment has not completed or access has not been supplied, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within the applicable 14-day period. Email info@passcme.com with your name, account email, purchase date and payment reference. We will confirm the position and process any refund due using the original payment method.

Services and statutory rights

If any element of PassCME is legally treated as a service rather than digital content, and you asked for that service to start during the 14-day period, any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable consumer rules, including any permitted proportionate charge for what has already been supplied. This policy does not restrict your statutory remedies if the platform or digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
